Lol, no, it's perfect. Love the bluish, little grainy, shadowed half-stairs, half-hiding-person's-head image. Kind of creepy, actually. And very very misteriously smooth.

Absolutely absorbing! Haven't watched this one, but now I must. :)
 
 
I think that might be a sack of grain or something in the back; I never did figure it out. It's a drama, suspenseful in its own way but without any "boo!" moments.

There's a lot of grain and scratches in the print, and at least two places on the DVD where it looks like they digitized it from a VHS tape that had been chewed up a bit. I think they must not have been able to find any good prints to digitize it from.

In spite of all that, it's a good film. Content is king. :-)

I guess, there've been worse quality-releases. Besides, it really looks intriguing that way!
