Peter Sarsgaard seems to think, and the director seems to agree, that the number one job requirement for an air marshal is to look sleepy and about to cry.

Andy Horbal has a meatier criticism of the film.

What a thoroughly ridiculous and unsatisfying movie. I appreciate it for making me laugh when I think of it, though. It's like Rube Goldberg laid off the inventions and set about developing conspiracies.
